Nic Vincent is a New York based lighting designer originally from Toronto, Canada.
Recent design credits include the world premiere of El Huracán for the Yale Repertory Theatre, as well as Henry VI part 3, The Girl is Chained, Passion, Pentecost, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream for the Yale School of Drama. Nic has also designed NOVIOS: part one, Agreste (Drylands), The Ugly One, The Red Tent, and This American Wife for the Yale Cabaret.
Before coming to the US Nic worked with The Shaw Festival, Opera Atelier, and The Banff Centre, among others. Additional credits include the Black Boys Workshop (Buddies in Bad Times), Macbeth (Shakespeare in the Ruff), The Last Five Years (Daemon Theatre). He holds an M.F.A in design from the Yale School of Drama, and a B.F.A in Theatre from Ryerson University in Toronto.
